Good morning!  It’s going to be a beautiful day here and I can’t wait to go outside and get some fresh air and sunshine!

I AM so excited because I’m almost finished with the 10 Rounds program and starting Monday, May 4, I’ll be starting a different program called Barre Blend.  Barre Blend is a 60-day, 5 day a week program that will focus on strengthening and flexibility.  Each workout is 30-40 minutes.

I AM going to be channeling my inner ballet dancer!  It’s going to be so much fun!

I AM also going to be following the nutrition program that accompanies the workouts because I seriously need it.  This whole quarantine thing has really messed with my nutrition and I have to get back on track.

What makes this program special is that I’ve invited a group of people to do the program with me.  We’ll be able to hold each other accountable, follow a nutrition program together, and cheer and support one another.  I’m so excited!

Sound like fun?  Are you experiencing FOMO right now?  Well, guess what?  You can join, too!  It’s super easy to sign up and the best part is that you can do all of these workouts from the comfort of your own home.

No equipment needed for these workouts, other than a chair or something to hold onto for balance.  You need a mat for floor exercises if you’re working out on a hard floor.  You can use light weights (like 1- or 2-pound) for resistance, but this is optional.  This is a low-impact workout program geared toward all fitness levels.

In addition to exercise and nutrition, we’ll also be centering on ourselves with a daily affirmation such as these:

I don’t know about you, but I can definitely use some centering right now!

If you want to learn more about the program, you can read more here.

Note:  This program is available for all members right now (not June 1st)

If you have any questions or you’re ready to commit right now, let me know in the comments!  Let’s do this!!

May your glass always be full,

  1. The program sounds interesting. I remember doing a program called Callanetics that actually worked for me. It was small controlled movements that really did shrink my hips & thighs. I believe it was a ballet dancer who came up with the program. I wonder if this new program is similar to that very old program. Hope you post results and reviews.
